Hours of Operation*

Gate Hours
During the week of the tournament (July 8 -13), the gates will open at 6:00 a.m. Ticket sales will begin at 7:00 a.m. Tickets purchased at the gate must be paid by either cash or check. No credit cards accepted.

Shuttle Hours
All shuttles to Edgewood departing from Harrah’s and Harveys will depart at 6:00 a.m. (one hour before play begins). All passengers must have a Tournament Credential to ride the shuttles.

Driving Range Hours
Monday & Tuesday - 7:00 a.m.
Wednesday & Thursday - 6:00 a.m.
Friday through Sunday - 6:30 a.m.

Inclement Weather Policy for Spectators

Observe the leader boards throughout the golf course for “weather warning” signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately.

Avoid the following:

• Open areas
• Hilltops/high places
• Isolated trees
• Golf carts
• Wire fences

Spectator Etiquette

Here are a few suggestions that will help you, those around you, and the players have an enjoyable week.

Thanks for your cooperation and have a wonderful time.

• Please stay behind the gallery ropes and cooperate with the marshals.
• Please remain still throughout each shot, and do not move until all players in the group have completed the hole.
• Please walk carefully. Never run.
• Please display your ticket or badge at all times.
• Please kneel or sit down if you are in the front row of bleachers or next to gallery roping.
• Please dispose of trash properly and help keep the golf course beautiful.
• Please don’t bring memorabilia or collectibles on the course Tuesday through Sunday.

Autograph Policy

An autograph policy is in effect for official competition rounds (Fri-Sun).
Players are asked not to sign autographs after the start of their rounds until the conclusion, except at their discretion during periods of suspension of play.
The designated autograph signing area is located on the practice/putting green.

Spectator Safety

• Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
• Wear headgear for protection from the sun.
• Use sunscreen or sun block.
• Wear tennis shoes or soft-soled shoes.
• Do not wear spiked golf shoes.
• Familiarize yourself with the first aid location (by the 10th Hole).
• Wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for the weather.

NOTICE: Spectators please take all your belongings with you at the end of the day. Belongings left overnight are not the responsibility of the tournament and may be removed by course maintenance and discarded.

• Tickets may be purchased online at www.tahoecelebritygolf.com.
• Advance tickets will also be on sale daily at the Tournament Trailer at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course beginning July 1st, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Tuesday through Sunday – daily tickets may be purchased at Admissions located at Edgewood’s Front Gate beginning at 7:00 a.m. Tickets purchased at the gate must be paid by either cash or check. No credit cards accepted.

Parking

There is no on-site parking at Edgewood Golf Course. Public parking is located in the Casino’s main parking lots, or spectators can park along Lake Parkway and walk.

Driving Directions

• From San Francisco, Bay Area, & Sacramento take US 50 East to South Lake Tahoe.
• From Reno take US 395 South toward Carson City. Stay on 395 to the end of Carson and merge right onto US 50 West to South Lake Tahoe.
• We are located approximately 100 miles from Sacramento, California and approximately 60 miles from Reno, Nevada.

• Personal Music Players
• Signs or banners
• Coolers
• Memorabilia or collectibles
• Backpacks will be allowed, but will be searched

This will be strictly enforced and items may be confiscated.

REMINDER

Credentials are required for admission to golf course and should be worn in plain view at all times since security personnel will check for these on the grounds and at the gate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen credentials.
